Doug and Axelle Armstrong opened Le Cottage Restaurant in May 2005, serving modern Irish Cuisine using as much local and seasonal produce as possible.
Located in Arces sur Gironde (15 minutes from Royan) the softly coloured interior is also home to art exhibitions by local artists reflecting life in the region.
The newly finished walled-in terrace is a very popular dining area especially in the summer time.

About Le Cottage Restaurant
Le Cottage Restaurant is essentially a local bistro style restaurant serving modern Irish cooking with French techniques and passions. Local and seasonal ingredients are used to make up each menu. The menu changes regularly according to what is available from our suppliers.
We offer a full a la carte and Prix Fix menu every evening with a Menu du Jour every week day. Our aim is to provide great quality food with an emphisis on value for money.
Our monthly music nights are very popular and demand for reservations is always high. Irish Music Nights along with more local musicians provide the entertaintment.
We also cater for birthdays, christenings, small weddings and work related functions. The entire restaurant may, in certain circumstances, be booked for private gatherings.
The beautlfully finished terrace provides a perfect outdoor area for Lunch or Dinner.
